When SDM takes on a project, we are committed to that project and work in unisen with site contractors, site engineers, managers and the principal contractor to ensure a quality outcome is achieved. SDM not only provides quality survey personnel but we also understand the requirements of a large civil or construction sites, budget constraints, timing of surveys and conformance reports and the quality and type of data required to be stored and presented during and at the completion of the project. Construction Surveying
SDM provides expert guidance and knowledge to attack any structure including bridges, high rise buildings, underground structures, drainage and complex projects. SDM is also capable of providing monitoring solutions during various construction stages.
Civil Surveying
SDM relies on its extensive experience in roads and pavement design and construction, Temporary road alignments for traffic switches, new road designs redesign of existing roads and structures for construction sequences, quantity calculations for EOM payments and Design Volumes.
Aerial Photography
Survey Design Management can provide Aerial Photography resulting in a 3D photo image of the surveyed site. SDM's qualified Pilots use the latest technology to produce an accurate 3D model of the site, 3D Mesh and point cloud in various formats to an accuracy comparable to a GPS survey.
PUP Design and Clash Detection
SDM has extensive experience in design and clash detection with underground services for design and construction purposes.
SDM uses all the latest design technology including BIM data for design extrapolation and Work As Executed data updates.
